Relaxation and Labour Massage Tuition with Partner
In an individual yoga session we have the opportunity to explore and address your own personal learning goals. A postural assessment and range of movement analysis will be conducted prior to physical yoga practice so that we work towards your best alignment. We will also examine the natural rhythm and pattern of your respiration so that we improve the fluidity of your breath to reduce tension from mind and body. In general, the aim is to incorporate some dynamic work to raise the heart rate as we move fluidly through a range of postures, static work to improve strength and deepen a posture, moving meditations to quiet the mind and senses, and restorative postures to induce relaxation. Breath work to rebalance energy levels and a guided relaxation are also included.
