Dr. Jacqueline Greenfield received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM) in 1998, and holds a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute for Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, a doctorate in Oriental Medicine (OMD) and a Diplomate in Acupuncture from NCCAOM. She became a Registered Nurse in 1972 and has a BSc. in Nursing from Pace University in New York. She is currently Director and Fellow Faculty of the Institute for Human Individuality (IFHI) in Europe and a US Board Member of IfHI. She has a full Professional Healthcare membership with the Chinese Medical Institute and Register (CMIR) in the UK, membership No. 1654 PH.

Her work spans over 35 years of dedication to the well being of her patients and empowering them to improve their health.

Her professional experience with nutrition, nutrigenomics and food energetics spans 17 years. The basis of her knowledge stems from macrobiotic training as an educator and cook, graduate level medical and naturopathic sciences at SCNM, as an adjunct professor at SCNM where she developed the curriculum and taught Nutrition and Mental Health, as an adjunct professor in the Natural Science Division at Mercy College in New York where she taught Clinical Nutrition, Human Biology, Conceptual Physics, Environmental Science and Plant Science for 4 years, she has been integrating the principles of Personalised Nutrition according to the Blood Type and GenoType Diet for 16 years and serves as Master Faculty and board member of The Institute of Human Individuality. She ran her own naturopathic medicine and advanced oriental medical family practice in Phoenix, AZ and in New York City. 

In her family practice she specialises in helping patients have successful weight loss and pain relief, youthfulness and agility, facial rejuvenation and smoking cessation, utilising a unique integration of the healing power of foods and personalised nutrition, stress management, oral chelation and detoxification, nutraceutical supplements, ancient herbal formulas, acupuncture, homeopathy, yoga, Tui Na therapeutic massage, hydrotherapy, non-surgical facial rejuvenation and micro-current sequential therapies for stress, pain and rehabilitation.

Jacqueline has twelve years' experience in naturopathic medicine, as well as being a licenced acupuncturist and practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine. Jacqueline Greenfield uses a variety of theories and applications of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Japanese Acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutrition. The oriental medicine system of traditional medicine integrates these theories including Eight Principles, Meridian Theory, Extraordinary Channels, Five Phases and Shu points, Manaka, Tam, and others.

Jacqueline Greenfield's Naturopathic focus is Generative Medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. She is Registered with Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). During an acupuncture treatment with Jacqueline, energy points or vortices on the body are stimulated with the insertion of sterile needles and/or a combination of treatments including moxibustion, cupping (Kyukaku) and far infra-red heat lamp, low voltage micro-current electrical treatment or point pressure bodywork using a Chinese style called Tui Na (similar to shiatsu). Tui Na includes varying depth of pressing, plucking and scraping on the skin (Guasha).

In addition, Chinese herbal medicine may be incorporated in your care. The types of patients seen by Jacqueline for Chinese medicine include those seeking pain relief, energy and hormone balancing, those suffering from allergies, wanting facial rejuvenation, non-surgical facelifts and facial treatments.

Dr. Jacqueline Greenfield is licenced as a Naturopathic Medical Doctor in the state of Arizona (but is not a member of the General Medical Council in the UK). Her training at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences was eclectic, and her scope of practice can be seen on the SCNM Scope of Practice website.
