About Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy combines therapies to suit your needs and preferences and the issues you encounter.

It considers your personal experiences and choices. The aim of integrative therapy is to explore your thoughts and feelings to help you advance your self-understanding and if you choose change your behaviours.

The focus is on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. Integrative therapy considers your ideas, feelings and relevant moments in your life and aims to help you work towards changes you want to make or discover suitable ways of managing.

Integrative psychotherapy can be open ended or short term longer and may integrate CBT & EMDR therapies into the sessions depending on your needs and the issues concerned.
