Anna Minihane is trained and experienced in offering supervision with different theoretical approaches to counselling, psychotherapy and other forms of clinical practice. She has provided supervision in NHS, Charity and Private sector organisations.

A working alliance between the supervisor and supervisee is a supportive space in which the supervisee can offer an account or recording of his/her work; reflect on it; receive feedback and appropriate, guidance. The object of this alliance is to enable the supervisee to gain in ethical competence, confidence, compassion and creativity in order to give his/her best possible service to the client
